I would go with the hahn kit just because you can upgrade easy and they are tested. www.hahnracecraft.com

Most people would say that hahn racecraft has the best kit for the non-turbo eclipses. But on the link you posted, the turbo that they give is the turbonetics t3/t4b. Hahn's kit uses mitsubishi's 16g. You might want to check that out.
