Am I missing a plug?

Or am I just over looking something.

I know on my DX block, this is where the temp sensor plug goes... but I thought on this one the temp sensor plug went on the thermostat housing....
and yes, there's a plug there also.... and I've got the temp sensor plug stuck in it.

So am I overlooking something? Or what actually goes in this plug position?

By the way... Engine is a 93+ JDM D15B VTEC

Looks like it... but there's a plug on the thermostat housing too. That's where I thought it was...?
