What is the reccomended interval for changing the Timing Belt? I am up to 144,000 miles with the original belt.

change it, generally you get them changed Alot sooner, you should be on your 3rd or so by now. Have you been getting tuneups at all?

It depends on what you mean by a Tune-Up. Other than the basic stuff I take care of (spark plugs, filter changes, fluid checks, etc.) no major work or adjustments have been made. It's running fine and consistently getting 30 MPG.
