How do i remove steering wheel

how do i take off steering wheel on 1989 Chevy s-10 blazer 4.3 does the horn button on center of wheel just pop off or is there set of screws somewhere.thanx for all your help in advance .Im replacing turn signal lever and tightning tilt steering

First you need to get a steering wheel puller, i changed my 1991 jimmy steering wheel and the key thingy also, but besides the steering wheel puller there is another tool the u need to get the ring type piece off, i dont know what its called the piece is like a washer with a notch cut out of it, I got it off using a tine screw driver and brute force, i almost broke it kind of bent it, trust me u need the tool, other than that with the 2 tools it should be easy.. good luck

The horn button pops off. Go to your local auto parts store, most have tools to rent or loan (with a cash deposit). Kevlar991 is right, there are two tools you need. The guys at the store should know which ones & how to use them.
