94 Suburban ECM, Engine mods, Help!

OK I’m all searched out and was hoping anyone on this forum could help me. I’m new to this EFI stuff. Here’s my problem I have a 94 ¾ ton suburban with a 454 and L80E auto. I am currently looking at rebuilding my tired 7.4. But if I spend the time to rebuild it, it’s not going to be stock. I have searched forum after forum and still haven’t found the answers I have been looking for.

Here’s a list of what I’d like to do.
Install a Lunati #50266LUN Roller Cam. Has 114 LS 226/236 duration @ .050. and 554/575 valve lift.
Comp. Cams Roller-Tip Rockers. #1411
Comp Cams new Beehive valve spings #26120
Edelbrock TES headers. #6661 with better exhaust.
Shift kit.

I would also like to up-grade the ECM to a programmable unit, but haven’t found a unit that will handle the L80E. Does anyone know of an ECM that will work with the 94-95 model years, or a combination that can be piggybacked together?
A new MPFI unit would also be nice but not impressed with Edelbrock Conversion. Not very tunable. Any Ideas?
Please any info would be great.

Not sure where you're located...
In Baton Rouge there is a chip programmer, McKinney Speed Shop
(225) 275-4191. He could probably help you via snail mail to program your prom, or know of someone closer to you that can help.

Good Luck!

Thanks D.D.

I live in Washington. I have been in contact with www.tbichips.com and he has been very helpfull. Not to mention very reasonably priced.
