Ok im interested in the NX express Intercooler spray. Is this harmful like nitrous? And will it work with the factory intercooler or is that not a good way to go for a little extra punch?
Has anyone run this spray on thier eclipse and were you satisfied or nah? Any info would be appriciated i dont wanna try it if its chancey.
Thanks
Andy

dude to my understanding an intercooler spray just mists water onto the intercooler to cool it down not to bost hp by that much just to condence the air by cooling it just like adding a large intercoolert from your stock one ( look at the evo and sti they have them stock but mabe im thinking of something else.

As far as I know, the only purpose it serves is to cool the air, yes I know... I'm so smart... and good at pointing out the obvious. Colder air=better combustion. Honestly don't know how much of an improvement it makes. You would probably be better goin with a regular nitrous kit. It would def give you added hp... as long as you're safe with it.

Automatic Intercooler Water Spray Kit. Water Spray is activated by combination of boost pressure (active signal taken from OE Map sensor ) and water temperature(active signal taken from OE water temp sensor ). Both boost and water temp controls are fully adjustable. Adjustments allow reduction in wasted water wont work when car is not at running temperature.

"Uses either nitrous or CO2 to dramatically reduce air inlet temperatures"
we arent talking about water spray, it's the product he mentioned on the first post.

Nitrous is not harmfull for the engine. The N-tercooler can give you up to about 50 hp. Its actually lower than that, and your better off getting a nitrous kit.
Nitrous is not harmfull if you set it up carfully. The 4g63 can handle up to a 75 shot, after that you must do internals.
Upgrading the fuel pump and injectors is a must to keep up with the added flow.

The NX kit uses C02 No it will not harm your car it sprays the out side. Nitrous IS harmfull to your motor in a way. I have seen a little 35 shot blow up a motor before. why dont you buy a turbo upgrade for the price you are going to pay for one of the kits.

....n-tercooler is nitrous free, although wont give you much boost at all.
You've seen a 35 shot...really? Thats like putting on a cat-back n adding cam gears...for $1000.
if a 35 shot blew a motor, it was in bad shape with no fuel upgrades...
