Fuse box on 89 Park Avenue?

Hello all, I'm new here.

Can anyone tell me where the fuse box for a 89 Park Avenue is, please?
I found one under the dash just behind the glove box, but I don't think that's the one I want. I'm looking for the one with the fuses for the radio, power windows, doorlocks and seats.
I tried looking under the rear seats and in the trunk, but no luck.

Any help is appreciated.

All of the fuse checked out fine.

I don't suppose you'd know why the radio resets everytime the car is shut off?

you loosing battery power to orang wire at the radio recheck the fuses again

I don't fully understand that part about the orange wire. I'm losing battery power because of the orange wire coming off the radio?

Anyone?

the orenge wire going to the radio from fuse box has no power (juice) have test light check it out
