I'm seeing a lot about a JDM H23 vtec engine, which produces about 225 hp. Now i'm wondering, can u take that head and put it on a USDM H23. I know the hp will be a lil less cuz of compression, but it still will give u a good hp gain. Also, on some sites i see a H23a engine for sale and thats the USDM 160 hp H23 while on others i see H23a as the H23 vtec, please clarify this for me. But my main question really is, if i can find the H23 vtec head, could it go on a H23 Prelude Si.

that would be a nuts engine. But i heard h23 vtec motors dont last long for some reason. Like it will leak oil or something like that. Dont kno much details about why it is bad but thats what i heard.
