Washer Pump Replacement?

My fliud resovior was frozen and I think that I burned out the pump by trying it too many times without fluid. Any one know where the pump is. I would assume that it is in the driver side cowl? How do you replace? I priced it at potterman for $15. and plan to order it.

Any advise here would be appreciated.
