air induction

i need help i want to put a air induction kit on my mazda i have a


mazda 1.5 gxi 1999


but i need to get a filter with a mass air flow on it does anyone know how or where i can get this

thanks iam looking for a air induction kit i have tryed on google but no luck the only prob iam haveing is finding one with a mass air flow sensor
