I just purchased 2 used keyless remotes for my 1999 Volvo T6 S80, they are OEM remotes... but need to be programed. Does anyone know the steps for programing these remotes. Unfortunatly I do not have an owners manual to look at.

Try this, let us know if it works. It is for an older Volvo, but it may work.
Volvo 850 Directions

Assuming the receiver in the car works, here’s what you do to use the keyless system.

1. Turn the ignition key “OFF” and “ON” five times (do not start, but to the “ON” position) and on the fifth time leave in the “ON” position and press one of the buttons on the remote. This will program that remote into the car.

If you have more than one remote: (up to three remotes can be programmed)

2. Press a button on the other remote as well, within 10 seconds of the button press on the first remote.

Terms and conditions: We accept no liability for any loss whatsoever incurred from the purchase / programming / use of this remote as provided by our suppliers. If you experience programming problems consult your local dealer.

Sorry inless you get the program numbers in a sealed box the remotes you got WILL NOT work. Then the remotes CAN only be programed by you Volvo service dealer. GIVE them a call an ask.
