95 tranny

my tranny keeps makin funky ass noises like if i leave my car idleing for 20+ min it sounds fine but after 5-10 min of driving around 3k rpms i hear a funky almost like rattling noise, which i am to believe is due to my syncro's but if i give my tranny a nice flush and put some new fluid will this fix and or banaid my problem??
