Help 1991 Previa will not Idle...????

I am all set to take a trip out of state Tomorrow and today I start my previa and it will not idle on its own. When it dies there is a clicking noise comming from the fuse box / Dash area. I checked the fuses and all look fine although I don't know how to check the Toyota steel covered fuses. One of my friends said it sounded like an engine ideler valve.

I would like to fix it tonight so if anyone has any info I would appreciate it.
