Last Friday of 2001

Woohoo and TGIF. :)

So how many of you had to work after Christmas(or other holiday) and how many of you said "screw it" and took the whole week off until New Years?

I did both . . .


I'm in the office . . . but I'm unofficially vacationing . . . they'll get no productivity out of me until 2002.

I've got to plan my vacations better though, because this week is a drag . . . I've got to avoid this next year . . .

I don't go back to work till the 4th. So till then, my party hasn't ended yet. What will I wear tonight to my friends birthday party?:confused: Gotta check!:D:D

I worked this week (Wed - Fri) but the week after next I am out all week :D Going to Vegas with my hunny and a couple of friends. It's about time for another road trip...I am excited.

Being saterday Iv just finnished for the week.
Forunatly I don't go back till the wenesday, so the party starts tonight. :D

(oh, yeah dont epxect to see much of me on AF for the next few days, again. :cool: )

Being the last Friday, I took it super easy.

1. Slept in till 10:30am
2. Got a Haircut
3. Had a couple cold-ones at the pub
4. Watched some movies on TV

I' ve said it before,but I like it so much,I'll say it again.................Off work till 7/1/01........shame it's unpaid but gives me plenty of web time.....:)

I have to leave for Bradley Airport in about 4 to 4½ hours to head on down to Austin, TX where I will spend my New Years on 6th Street (just like last year!). And hopefully, like last year, it will be another fucking blast (though hopefully, unlike last year, I won’t have to have two of my friends carry me home :hehe: … :eek: ). And also unlike last year, I won’t have to wake up, shake off a hang over, and get on a plane the morning of January 1st to come back to Hartford. I’ve taken the rest of the week off, so I’m not due back at the airport in Austin until January 5th :ylsuper

As for AF, I should be near a computer one way or another, so I’ll try to make a few posts from down in the Lone Star state. With that, I’d better sign off, get a move on, and throw it in high gear!! I’ll talk to y’all from Texas!! YEEEHHHAAAAA!!!!! :D :D :D

JD you should save up some of your pennies and come on down here for a New Years bash.

We are talking nice warm summer days, when it is not raining. Go to the beach and perv for a while. That is always fun :devil: :devil: :devil:

Yeah, someday, I think I will DEFINITELY be making a trip down there. Not only because I have met so many cool people through AF in your neck of the woods that I'd like to get a chance to meet some day, and not only because it sounds like an absolute paradise for heavily modded cars, but also because New Zealand has some of the coolest geology in the world (including the largest naturally-occurring straight line in the world! :eek: - I forget the name of the fault.. I know it's on the south island).

Cool looking forward to the day you are able to make it. Oh have to take you to Rotorua then. We have our own natual geysers (think the spelling is correct), and tons of cool places to see.

Ah Vegas, the city were savings are lost before you begin :p

I wish the last friday of 2001 never happened :( blah it couldnt have gotten worse.
As for working~I wanted to go to work, but I'd rather sleep in so I didnt bother :)
