vinyl top questions

on my '83 cutlass, what can i do to "fix" my vinyl top? is there any type of vinyl paint and clearcoat i can put over it to temporarily fix it so it doesnt look horrible? Also, anyone know of a good site that sells cutlass parts? i have yet to find one. Thanks!
