where I can get a Decent Paint Job & Lil Body work

with only $500 bucks to spend I now....it's a little but that's all i got...my Lude's current color is yellow and i want to paint it black...I live in the L.A. Are...please HELP...(no major body work needed just the bumper needs like work but i'm sure it can be fixed...)

You get what you pay for, dude.

I would save up the cash and get a quality paint job.
