is there any way to bypass the control box on the drivers fenderwell? or would i just have to get a 88-91 si e.c.u. and wire harness.
my problem is that the car is running to rich and i have tried everything to get it to run right...... new regulator, new fuel filter, checked m.a.p sensor, checked crank angle sensor, adjusted timing, checked t.p.s, checked i.a.t. sensor, checked engine coolant temp. sensor, adjusted valves, checked resistor box, and injectors.
i just rebuilt the motor and it ran fine for a week and then it just started fouling plugs.....any suggestions?

are you using stock injectors or did you up grade?
