It really depends on your preferences, and how practical your thinking is.
I'd personally get an R32 GT-R. If I didn't already have a second car as a backup when the R32 has to be worked on, I'd spend the rest on that.

honestly, i'd buy a z06 vette.
or a mallet vette, or lingenfelter vette.
in regards to the skyline, if you've got the cash, get the r33.. i'm a 32 fan, but they're older (honesty here, and older cars need more maintenance)
but if you're going to redo the car completely, the r32 is lightest, one of the quickest, and i wouldn't feel as bad stripping it down and rebuilding it.
and you'd have more money to do so...
