The problem is it takes about 4-5 pushes most of the time to get them to open (sometimes they work perfect). The latches move up/down a little with each push. I am assuming that that they aren't getting enough juice for some reason. Where should I look first?

If its all the locks you could have a wiring problem or a bad switch. All of the switches work through all the others, meaning you can't push lock on one and unlock on another and blow a fuse. Its a safty feature. Have you narrowed it down to a single switch, or is it the same from all switches. If not, you may just try replacing the driver switch, it may have gotten wet from a window being left down and got correded.
Hopes this get you started in the right direction.

The locks work the same from both switches.
