Dash Lights and Tail Lights

HELP PLEASE!!! My dash lights and tail lights went out, and can't find the cause. When the key is out of the ignition, I get the warning bell that my headlights are on......But they are not on. Does anybody know what this could be? I asked the local mechanic, and he said check the fuse for your tail lights. That was good, so I have no idea what to check now.

Well, a starting point at attempting to loclaize the prob would be to remove the tail light bulbs one at a time to see if that effects any change in the condition that you described. What year & trim level Bonneville? Some type of isolation process is needed here.

I was tired of fixing the problems all the time, so I traded the car in this past weekend. Thanks anyway.
