ok i am sure you have seen the same posts before. I got a b16 1st gen you know the ones you normally swap into a 91 rex. I need to know what all i would have to do to be able to handle a 100-150 shot of the good stuff. Parts and brands are what i am looking for, :feedback: let me know what you know. thanx in advance

   Thats the funniest thing ive read all day....oh wait....I've only been up for about 30 minutes...anyways...

youre engine would take a 65 squirt without many modifications...you could very likely do it on stock internals depending on the condition of your engine. A 100 shot would take some modifications...probably a head gasket and a nice set of forged pistons & good rings.....MAybe valves

Don't forget, you need a Motec System Exhaust. You can't use NAWZ without it.

Get a ZEX kit and run a 55 shot for starters. With that amount, you'll need some colder plugs (NGK's, BKR7E's) and you should be alright. You SHOULD buy forged pistons and rods because after a few bottles your stockies will get eaten alive and your rods will bend... been there, twice. An ACT clutch will be good too because with that sudden jolt your stock one will start slipping. If you wanna go to 65, advance your timing 2 degrees and get a fuel pump. For a 75 shot, larger injectors and forged internals are a must, and advance your timing another 2 degrees. Anything over 75 you'll need a wet kit, preferrably from NX instead of ZEX. A wet kit adds fuel that your stock system is unable to provide, keeping the engine cooler. Go to Google.com and look up nitrous oxide and check out what it is exactly. I was ignorant like you when I installed my ZEX kit and I killed off two stock engines. Good luck, don't blow yourself up.

There is some info in the FAQ in the integra forum, check that out.

Also Richchet the timing needs to be retarded not advanced ;)

And last, if you want my :2cents: on Zex it is crap!!! Go with a NOS or NX wet kit and you will be fine for up to 75hp shots, and 80-85 with one size larger fuel jet than what is required. Read up on that FAQ and then get back to us and I will be more than happy to help. :bigthumb:
