The R32 GTS-t and GTS4 came in both standard or Type S (sport) or Type m (hear motorsport but yea who really knows).
The type M had the big breaks, heavier sway bars, and HICAS. Now some type S's came with HICAS but that was in fact an option until 1991.

In Australia we also have a Type-M R33. It came with a different dash, and short shift kit as standard i believe. But the whole centre console is different aswell. I think it also came out with a different front bar, and mechanical differences are similar to those in the R32 i would presume.

For the R32 the Type-M package also included a speed sensitive front spoiler (which could be bypassed with a switch), a sportier steering wheel, and the infamous R32 5 spoke 16 inch mag wheels. (Not quite the same as the R32 GTR's, but close)

The active front spoiler was also an option on the GTS which no type-m's were available.
Come to think about it the 5 spoke mag makes sence though. It has clearance for the larger brake calipers in the front.
