swap wiring problem

I've got a jdm h22 that I'm fixing to drop in and I've noticed a problem. My distributor on the new motor has one plug with nine wires and the harness in my car has three plugs with eight wires. Everything else seems to plug in right except that. Is there anyway that I can wire it to work?
