Damnit, on my way home around 3 in the afternoon there was a civic infront of me with altezzas and white blinkers. We'll I was behind him the whole time untill he turned into a neighborhood. I couldn't see his blinker or his brake lights go on. By the time i notice he was slowing down It was too late. Bam!! right into his aftermarket bumper. My bumper got about a 2 inch crack and his nearly fell off. I was in no mood to argue with him so I gave him 120 and left. No exchange of insurance #'s or license. I just said sorry and gave him the money. Now im stuck with a 2 inch crack and a little spiderwebbing of the paint but not noticable from far......Any advice???
Oh yea I have a 96 integra

Be lucky you got away with giving him $120. He could've raped your insurance company for hella money. As for the bumper. Get a can of "Import Color" and spray away if you wanna do it cheap. Thats what I do on my bumper. Otherwise, take it to a shop and get it professionally done

shit - you're lucky to get away with that for just $120. the best you could have done was at LEAST get the guy's plate number. with that, you can track down who he is and find out if they're insured or not.
worst case scenario (not to scare you, but) - what if this guy subconciously remembers you're plate number, changes his lights to legal reds and files a collision report? if that happens, his insurance will probably be after you, claiming fault.
i understand that you probably wanted to end this as quick as possible, but you should always cover your bases because you never know about people these days.

If I had illegal tailights, and had already had high insurance rates i would just leave w/ $120 and leave it at that instead of calling the insurance company.

dude, you are so lucky that he left with just $120. As for your front air dam, I'd take it to a body shop and see how much it would cost for a repair (if possible) other wise you could get a sweet Extreme front air dam (or any other kind):D!
