Maxima specific DTC Codes

Does anyone have the Nissan specific DTC code descriptions
corresponding to OBD code P0158 and P0159 for the 1999 Maxima. Mine
is throwing these 2 codes and I am trying to diagnose which O2 sensor
is faulty.

Any recommendations?

The P0158 is a Downstream oxygen sensor maximum votage monitor fault. The P0159 is a Downstream oxygen sensor circuit slow response fault. These came from the Haynes book. I'm sorry I can't give more. I have replaced both upstream O2 sensors on my '97 but not the downstream.

I also have 1999 Maxima California and I get the same code P0158 and P0159. Did you solve your problem.
Will you please let me know what you did and how.
