Shelby Lancer T II conversion

Okay, I have Shelby Lancer #340 of 800. I bought it with 199,306 miles on the odometer. It's in pretty nice shape for having been driven year round since '87 in Minnesota/Wisconsin, but right now it has a bad piston and a bad turbo. It's currently sitting while I save my pennies (I'm only 17, engine rebuilds are expensive), but I'm thinking of converting it to a turbo 2 and a 5-speed. (It's an auto) Does anyone know what parts need to be changed to turn the hybrid engine into a T2? I'm also thinking of maybe some ported manifolds or some other small upgrades to boost the power. I'd like to stay away from boosting the turbo- the car will be my summer daily driver once it's fixed, so reliability is necessary. Any ideas?

The best guide on the net to do the Turbo II conversion would be at Donovan's Dodge Garage. (http://www.thedodgegarage.com)

There is all sorts of great information about the Turbo Dodges, Plymouths, and Chryslers.
