Tie Rod Ends?

Had some problems with the two front tires ever since i got new ones put on. At about 45mph it starts to shake and the steering wheel shakes. It also shakes at idle, but its never consistent. It will do it most of the time, but not all of the time. You can feel it in the steering wheel and also in the floor when it shakes. I was told it was the tie rod ends, but i wasn't sure. If anyone could help me out or had the same problem let me know, thanks a lot.

I think you have to different problems. If the car didnt start shaking until after new tires were put on then the wheels were probably not balanced properly. Shaking at idle though is not related to the tie rods, tires, or any suspension item while shaking while driving could be.
