Electrical problems

I am having many electrical problems with my 93. All my chimes (door, lights, seat belt) went out, and recently, I took a long drive and stopped at a gas station. And luckily I did, because I didn't have any oil. Unfortunately, my oil light didn't come on. I think my seatbelt light also stays off, whether the seatbelt is connected or not. Can somebody tell me what the problem could be?
