best spark plugs??

i have a 1999 base model 5speed and will be supercharging it with a kit from thomas Knight (www.boosthead.com) very soon and was wondering which aftermarket spark plugs you guys would recomend that i buy.
i've heard NGK platinum's or Iridium's are some of the good ones, but what do you think would work best for me? -thanks

NGK's platinums are the popular choice of most, I believe Denso is another popular brand. Either should work fine. Iridium's claim to require less voltage to spark, to burn more fuel in the cylinder, the ability to spark leaner air/fuel ratios, and last longer. As well, they are more expensive. Many use the NGK platinums on their twin turbo setups and they work great, so they would be fine with your supercharger.

me and most other people with tt's run copper plugs. ngk r's at .032 gap if you have stock ignition. otherwise some people have problems with spark blowout with iridiums and platnums. if you run low boost you might not have any problems

If you plan on going at a high boost, definitely go for a set of NGK copper spark plugs. They are one step colder than stock plugs. I gap mine at 0.028" to make it easier on the ignition to keep a strong spark going.

NGK Platinums are very good plugs for a car running boost lower than 12psi.

How do coppers last in comparison to platinums? I am putting in a boost controller + gauge soon and am going to be boosting to 14.5psi until I get the money for more mods.
