Throttle and Rotors?

I was thinking of adding more space between the throttle to add more hps. Is that recommended? What are some side effects?

Also does changing the throttle rotor maximize acceleration? They are only 20 bucks- is it worth it? Does it work?

Thanks to all who help!!!

haha adding more HP...blah its just throttle response. if urs is a manual transmission u can tighten ur throttle line a little to get better throttle response hehehe....

i doubt u will see any HP increase.

Quite frankly I don't see how you would get a hp increase from adjusting the throttle. All that does is control the rate of fuel that is fed into the engine, correct? You might be able to control that rate a bit better, but there would be nothing to increase the power.

ur kinda right but its more increasing when the throttle body opens....

but yea no increase in power, its just a gimmic on the butt dyno =)
