Hey! I've been thinking about lowering my 1999 gs eclipse for a while..I was planning on lowering it later, but since I've gotten all my parts on I've just decided to go on and lower it, so what is the best springs out there right now?

if you jsut want to get your car lower you can just go buy a set of eibach lowering springs. i think they will give you about 2.1" inches of drop. i warn you though if you are running 18"s or a 17" with a large sidewall this may cause you to rub a bit.

if you want a suspension here is some info so you can learn what you need to research when looking at a suspension set up for your car. you know what you want you car to do. hope this helps you out.

P.S. when posting on such a broad subject, first place to check is the search option at the top of the eclipse forum. you could have done a search and already found the info you were looking for.;)

i like Ground Control... Tein are really nice, but expensive as hell. Eibach are really popular around my town and ride kinda rough but are also nice, look back through the last 10 pages to see a thread about suspension posted by 95GSXRacer, it has good info and can help you out better...

p.s. gotta pic, LOL :naughty:

Eibach's are good springs, like 95 gsx mentioned. I don't know from experience as I am still researching it, but I heard a lot of good things about them. They DONT sag unlike other springs.

PS Oh yeah, I am interested in the pic also :-)
