Changing Lights on the 2003

I am planning on changing both the headlight and driving light bulbs? I want to keep it street legal? Any advise on what to do? Or how to change the bulbs?

I like silverstar. Gotem on my fronty. and i am gonna put em on my X. cost bout the same as APC. just a tinge of blue but good enough for me. Much better than stock :mad:
