92 talon cold starts

i have a 92 talon 2.0 5sp manual. in the cold mornings this will not start. takes almost a 1/2 hr to start. one it starts, after about 5 min the car runs awesome, just the inital start up of when its cold outside. and have to stay off the gas pedal for about 5 or 10 min or it will stall. done a complete tune up plugs, wires, fuel filter. tps sensor is good, and so is the tempature sensor. injuectors are not clogged or bad. ive seen that there is this problem from a couple of people on here, if anyone knows what cures this problem i would apprectiate a reply and letting me know what fixed the problem. im almost at my wits end here.
