b18b electrical problem

Currently doing a engine swap in 93 acura interga. Ran into problem in shop and can't figure this thing out. The power isn't going from wiring harness to distributor. Have checked all fuses, wires are sound, and tried switching CPU's. Upgraded to MSD coil and distributor.

Any ideas would help.
