Will the engine on a wrx with the turbo charged sti package go bad in the future? I have a 94 camaro and it drives as good as the day i bought it. I am looking to buy a wrx and i am wondering if that turbo charged 4 will last very long. It seems like it would have to run at constant high RPM's to get the horse power they say it has. Wat do u think

you are better off sticking with the camaro... It has more potential for the dollar. That is assuming its a V8, if not...then yea, you are better of gettin a WRX.

well...here's a quick example.

a friend of mine owns a shop down here in florida, runs consistent 11's in his wrx. Here's the best part.....stock internals, stock clutch, stock tranny, stock fuel rails. hasn't broken anything yet, and that's after many many many times down the 1/4 strip. he's gone through clutches, but his whole selling point is that other than bolt ons and some really knowledgable tuning on a dyno, the wrx is only as weak as you make it. in other words mod it well and it will hold up.
