Help, 94 integra suspension problems, broken bolt

Hi,
I did some searching around to see if there would be any difficulties in doing this and didn't find any.

I started off with the rear suspension, the bolt that is in the bottom of the fork going through the bushing on the rear arm broke off! This damn bolt was seized in there, even after soaking it in PB blaster for a while.

Now I'm trying to figure out three things: 1) What the heck I do with the broken bolt 2) Is there a good way to get the other bolts out, should I expect them to all be seized? 3) Does anyone have any bushings or bolts handy that I could buy?

I am thinking that I could use my cut-off tool to shave the bolts off from the inside of the fork, remove it, then bash out the bushing. The problem is, I need a new bolt, and a new bushing if I cannot get the bolt out.

Any help/advice would be greatly appreciated!

Thanks.

1) if the bolt is busted and half of it is still stuck...1st, use a wrench and see if you can spin it. then, get another bolt or something similar and use it to hammer the bolt back out.
2) expect to fight with all of the bolts. suspension parts get muddy, rusty, and corroded. once you break the seize, it should be no problem. if it wants to be tough with you, dont be afraid to kick its ass!!
3) go to an auto parts store, new bolts, anti seize, polyeurithane bushings.
