I am going to put a buddy club urethane front bumper on my car, but because it is not a true buddy club I have to do some cutting. Does anybody have any suggestings on what to use to easily cut urethane with? Thanks

Depends on how much your going to cut. It really doesnt matter, just dont do a sloppy job.

Ok, well I got the bumper cut so the crash bar fits fine now, but I am still having problems. There is still a 1/2 inch gap between the headlights and the top grill of the bumper, I can't get both of the sides to reach evenly where they are suppose to connect to the quarter panel (it is either one side lining up or the other), and there is also a pretty big gap under the headlights. If anyone has ever had any problems with a buddy club front bumper going on a 96-00 civic and knows how to fix it please help! O yea, if anybody knows how I can get a hold of the people at KBD please tell me so I chew them out! Thanks

With a majority of the body kits, they are not designed to be installed with the front re-enforment bar. This is why it didn't fit. A great deal of the time the must be cut or removed. I am supirsed you weren't old this. I suppose you took care of it in your own way though. As for bad fitment, It is entirly seperate from the cutting you did, correct? With Urethane, you can't mold it like fiberglass. That's why it's ever so important to make sure you get a reputable brand. If the bumper comes from a crappy mold and doesn't fit right...well, usually you are stuck with the crappy fit if it is Urethane. That's why it's even more important to pay the extra to get the good bumper. You can't really mold Urethane. A majority of the "knock-off" bumpers fit like this, especially with Urethane. A perfect example is Wings West. There Urethane bumpers fit great. The knock-off lokks the same, but look out. Gaps tend to exsist under the headlights and the corners (if the car has seperate corners), and I have seen it where the bumper doesn't even line up with the fender correct, leaving an angled gap between the bumper and the fender. It sounds like that is what you have. Since it's Urethane, you are most likely stuck with it. Maybe you can close it a bit with some creative fitment, etc. I have seen that done before.
