DOHC = dual overhead cams
SOHC = single overhead cam
as for all the specs, check out http://www.team3s.com/FAQ-Specs1.htm
it has all the models listed with their engines, hp, and torque

The cams or camshafts are what control the valves in your engine. Overhead cams means that the camshaft(s) is above the head and the distance it has to push the rods to activate the valves is shorter. Basically, this means less movement of valvetrain parts which allows for quicker response and higher engine speeds. A SOHC engine only has one camshaft with enough lobes to operate both the intake and exhaust valves. The DOHC is more advanced with the two camshafts, one for the intake valves and one for the exhaust.
