in the dark blue toolbar click "send money"
enter:
Recipient's Email
Amount
Currency
Type of Transaction
and you're on your way....
OR in the lighter blue toolbar (on Send Money page) there are options for either ebay or billpoint payments
don't feel bad. paypal :uhoh: me too at first

Before you can send money with a credit card, you have to have one added to your pay pal account funds...
To do this, from the My Account tab, click on "Profile".. then there should be a section there called Finacial Information. The first thing on the list is Credit Cards. Click on that and then click Add Credit Card.
Enter your credit card information... piece of cake.
Now when you send money, you're going to have to select payment type before you send... and you'll want to select your credit card, otherwise it will draw from your bank account.
Quick Note: I don't even have my bank account information on my paypal account... I use 100% credit card... cause when it comes to getting your money back, your bank doesn't care nearly as much as your credit card company does... believe it or not. Makes me feel better as a bit of insurance incase someone were to get into your account and try sending themselves large sums of money.... Yes, I'm Paranoid.
