Most people when they get lowering springs go with eibach so check them out. I got a question for you though do u like your MAC CAI? Also did u notice a difference in power after you installed it or did you not feel much difference?

Coil-overs are over kill and a waste of money unless you going to do road racing. Good lowering springs Eibach, H&R, FMS.

The MAC CAI will do nothing for you performance wise that you will feel or notice in anyway.
Also, a LS1 is a motor found in Camaro's and such.

Coil Overs are more geometrically correct. They will always give you a better ride quality, and handling characteristics over the standar perched springs.
I would save and get coil overs. I can say, they are probably my second best mod, first being the PHB.
Plus, if you want to change your spring rate. Coil Overs are way easier. I run 350lbs longs, and its a very nice smooth ride with my Konis.

Guys I love coil-overs and are definetly a superior set-up but there is a large price difference between getting lowering springs and doing a coil-over conversion. Your talking $220 average for a coil-over conversion which you need 2 so that is $440. Plus the springs run about $70x4= $280. So that is $720 vs. average $200, and you haven't even bought high-end shocks and struts that you really need for a coil-over set-up.
Is it worth the extra money yea.... but is it a must have item for the average Stang owner... not at all.

I got mine last year, for about $300. That included everything. You just have to shop around.
I already had Konis, so it was just a matter of getting th kit. So, it really depends on what shocks you have.
