F22B1 into 4th Gen

I've come across a F22B1 V-TEC engine that I would like to use to replace my stock engine on a 90 EX. I already know I can use the my old rear mounts, but I am not sure about the left and front mounts. The 90 EX has a tourque rod assembly in the front which differs from the F22B1. How difficult would it be to make it fit properly?????
