98 LX mustang power steering pump. Replacement Procedures.

Can anyone tell me how to replace the power steering pump on a 98 LX (V6) mustang. Is it a difficult job. What are all the procedures. Please help. Thanks.

if i were you, i would run out to the local murrays and get a Haynes or Chilton manual, they should have all of the information in one or both of those that you need. if memory servers, haynes is more detailed, but chilton's has more pictures. up to you of course. good luck.

did they make an LX version of the mustang in 1998?

post-fox V6's are technically classified as LX's. usually, nobody calls them that, but it shows up from time to time, as in this case.
