Which fuel is better

Hi there.
In Australia, we have Shell, Caltex, and BP as the big three oil companies from which we survive our skylines from. I have heard time and time again, that Shell's Optimax, is preferentially the best fuel for the GTS-T. (Ahead of BP's Ultimate and Caltex's whatever). All of which i understand have an octane rating of 98. So WHAT makes Optimax the better fuel, other than the fact that its generally more expensive and it has a cool name. I know this is probably a bit beyond the realms of this discussion's boundaries, but you never know where those Skyline driving Chemists are lurking.
Cheers. And have a cop free day.
