Rear Defroster Not Working

I have a 1993 Honda Accord DX. When I bought the car the rear defroster worked fine. After about 6 months it stopped working. I have checked the fuses and connections and they were both fine. Is there a relay under the hood that could cause this? The rest of the electrical system works fine.

Any advice would be appreciated.
