The other day I was driving with the radio on about half-way up and all of the sudden....NOTHING. I told myself it was probably just a fuse but after getting home and finding that none of the fuses in either box were blown this started troubling me.

I dont really know where to go from here other than the dealership but I NEED my X.

Anyone with info on this would be helpful.

BTW it's an 01'

This happened to me too in my '01 Xterra SE

Just stopped playing and making little skipping clicking noises

My mechanic took it out and sent it to a stereo guy and haven't heard back yet.

I'm thinking I may just get a new stereo. It's been a couple weeks now with no stereo... perfectly 3 years and a month after I bought it.
