rear seat removal

has anyone removed the rear seats in a second gen 2 door blazer. Im looking to install a sub box in the dip where the seats are flush to the floor. If you have is it difficult or just a few bolts.

Also, the spare tire is in the back of the blazer. Can the holder for the spare tire holder be removed easily.

I havent taken too much of a look at these things yet because it is cold and snowy, but if anyone has done these help is appreciated.
