Exhaust leak

I have a 94 civic ex coupe and I got a stainless steal header off ebay for $60, im pretty sure its a DC header but you know how ebay sellers often hide the brand name for some gay reason. Anyways the header sits at a bad angle and wont seal where it bolts to the cat.

The options I can see are:

Put the stock manifold back on
Weld the bottom half of the header to the cat :)
Find a gasket of some sort
Heat and Bend the header, its very sturdy though (I wont be able to correct the angle by bending pipes behind the cat)

I am not too happy with any of these ideas, maybe someone has a better one.
