Left Bicep.
May go back some other time and color/shade it, but I like the plain black/skin-tone contrast so maybe not.

I'd leave it like that - better contrast. And you need to work out man! :p

pain factor?
although...considering how many tattoos you have and considering you also pierced your gouche...i don't think pain IS a factor anymore for you. :p

Looks pretty clean! Hope it's good ink... had a LOT of friends who have had to have black touched up 2 and 3 times.
So, did you connect it, or did you follow the superstition?

You're not supposed to connect the band in the "back" or it's bad luck or something.

the bicep doesn't hurt and it looks painful because the skin is red and irritated

Thanks... I'm really stoked about the way it turned out...
As far as the pain factor goes, it hurt about as much as any other tat... most painful part was the inside of the arm, but it's bearable.
Never heard of the superstition... probably made up by someone who was too much of a puss to get theirs finished... who knows.
And, as long as you take care of it right (not soaking it, not getting it stuck to your shirt, cleaning it, and not picking at it), there should be no reason to have it touched up.
I'm going to leave it the way it is, and once it's 100% healed, I'm going to color/shade it with markers to see how it would look if I did... I'm either thinking red, blue, or maybe green... who knows...

I am with Mike, if you use common sense and take care of it then no need for touching up, I have 9 and not one of mine has ever been/needed to be touched up :D
