T3 or t3/t4

i heard to boost a LS a t3 out of an old volvo would do fine, is that true, what about a t3 hybrid how would that do would it have a bigger lag then the t3

in 90% of cases - bigger turbo = more lag

Any T3 is a good match. Hybrids are for big power.
