Spoiler removal, muffler swap

I just bought a 94 Integra. First, I want to remove the (custom) spoiler on it. Is there an easy way to do it? What about covering the holes it leaves? Second, I don't like the exhaust. It's way too loud. Since people mainly buy freeflow mufflers (this one's "Flowmaster"), how cheap would it be for me to get one of those discarded OEM mufflers? Anyone in the Seattle area want to swap their OEM for this 3" loud b*#ch?
